Vitex agnus-castus, also known as chaste tree berry, is commonly used to support women's health and menstrual cycle regulation.

This Vitex Boost is a great herb to add to the Women's Wellness Tea Blend for added health support. However, we realize it's not ideal for every woman. If you're on hormonal birth control or hormone replacement therapy, you should not take Vitex unless recommended by your healthcare provider. That's why we chose not to add it to our Women's Wellness Tea Blend, and instead, offer it as a "boost" for those who can enjoy it.

Sizes:
The Vitex Boost sizes are matched with the Women's Wellness Tea Blend sizes. For example, if you purchase a Women's Wellness Tea Blend size: Medium (30 servings), then you would select a size Medium Boost (30 serving).

Small Boost (15-18 servings) = 0.1 oz
Medium Boost (30-33 servings) = 0.2 oz
Large Boost (60-65 servings) = 0.4 oz

Suggested Use:
Pour the entire Vitex Boost into your Women's Wellness Tea Blend and mix well. Pour 8 oz boiling water over a heaping 1.5 teaspoons of the tea blend. Steep for 7-12 minutes and enjoy.
