Unless a product is damaged or defective, all sales are considered final.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of receiving the item. In this instance, we will promptly send you a replacement. To be eligible, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Support: Send an email to support@mindandgut.com within 10 days of receiving the product, including the following information:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the damage or defect
- Photographs or videos clearly showing the issue
2. Approval: Our customer support team will review your request and, if approved, promptly send you a replacement.
Please note that while we continue to adjust and improve our label printing process, minor creases and/or blemishes on a printed label may occur and do not qualify an item as damaged or defective. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
