Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1–2 days.
Shipping Rates:
For orders under $49, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order. This ensures the most accurate shipping cost is applied to your purchase.
Free Shipping applies automatically for eligible orders over $49. Eligible orders have a subtotal of $49 or more, after any applied discounts and before tax.
Delivery Times:
- Orders are shipped via USPS Ground, Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the most efficient carrier for your location.
- Delivery times for Hawaii are typically 1-3 business days.
- Delivery times for the mainland United States and Alaska range from 5–8 business days, depending on your area code.

- We only ship within the United States at this time.

Incorrect Address
Once an order has been shipped, shipping addresses cannot be changed. Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout including any apartment numbers. If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please email us right away with the correct address. If customer service receives your email before the order has been shipped, we will update your order accordingly. We cannot guarantee that your address will be updated prior to shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot reship a package due to entering an incorrect shipping address at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly prior to completing your order.
Package That Are Lost / Stolen / Sent to the Wrong Address
Sometimes carriers mark items as delivered before actually delivering the item. We recommend waiting until the next day at around 4pm. If you still haven't received your order, please contact us.
Once a package leaves our warehouse, it's in the shipping carrier's hands. Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. We do not issue refunds for missing, stolen, or wrong address packages.
