Is this blend safe to drink while pregnant?
We do not recommend drinking Women's Wellness Tea while pregnant or breast feeding. Please consult with your healthcare provider before consuming.
How often can I drink Women's Wellness Tea?
You can enjoy our Women's Wellness Tea 1-3 times per day.
How do I make Women's Wellness tea?
Pour 8 oz of boiling water over 1.5 teaspoons of the herbs. Steep for 8-15 minutes, or longer if preferred. Enjoy hot or cold. Add honey for more sweetness.
Does every cup taste the same?
Each cup may taste slightly different. Separation of herbs is normal in a loose-leaf tea blend due to the varying sizes and weights of the ingredients. For the best flavor and benefits, we recommend giving the blend a good mix before measuring out a serving. This ensures an even distribution of all the wonderful ingredients in every cup!
