A few tips:

• Fold in the seasoning after the first stretch and fold, which helps the seasoning stay evenly dispersed.
  
• Adjust based on your taste preference—everything bagel seasoning can be bold, so a little goes a long way!
• If used in the inside of the loaf, you may want to cut the salt in your bread recipe in half, or else your loaf may be really salty!
